Excellent Thai in Duck - Edit
They have a separate vegan menu (and gf), are super friendly, and the food is amazing!! Hot means HOT! In Scarborough Faire so it’s perfect for a lunch and shopping date w friends/family.

Using their dedicated vegan menu, I was able to get some delicious dishes. I got the sauteed fresh ginger with added taro nest and sesame seeds. The saute' was so delicious. I was so full I did not eat the steamed rice. The edamame was perfectly steamed. The spring rolls were perfectly crispy. The meat eater was delighted with their dishes as well!

Great option for vegans on vacation - Edit
Good vegan restaurant options are hard to find in the Outer Banks! This has many options from the Thai dishes that can be made vegan with tofu and the servers and kitchen know what vegan means and are diligent about checking. Also has some that come vegan, including the caramelized eggplant and a soy mock duck dish.
