Great

- V eggplant tofu - 9/10 great, super tasty but no brown rice option. The tofu was pretty deeply fried which was very tasty but not the healthiest.

They told me the yellow curry was also vegan, and the drunken noodles could be made vegan (I assume there's fish sauce). I assume other things like pad thai can also be made vegan. Would be great to see them expand their vegan section in the future even more! Some more plant based protein options would be amazing.
