Many veggie options that are more than just basic peppers & onions

They have a vegetarian bean side, specifically for vegans/vegetarians. All veggie entrees have a generous selection of vegetables in them. Easy to mod many things from vegetarian to vegan.

Pros: Waitstaff is great with what can be modified, Multiple delicious options, Homemade tortillas
