Really tasty food. The staff member was very friendly and spoke English, which made ordering easier. The food was fresh and delicious, a limited menu really well done. We also had a delicious fruit and vegetable drink and then a great desert to finish. It was a little out of the way for us but definitely worth a trip if you are in the area.

Set in a residential part of the city Bancha has a lovely shopfront and some nice wooden outside furniture.

I could see from her whole vibe that I would love anything she creates. We went for the meal deal and we were not disappointed.
The tea was slightly smokey and thirst quenching (it was 32 🥵 degrees outside) the soup balanced & perfect.
The main course was simply to die for and perfectly balanced nutritionally. I could have eaten it all day but alas I gobbled it down because I’d been in the gym earlier pumping iron.
She had 3 desserts and we ordered them all. Two she made herself and the vegan Ice cream was made by an Italian friend of hers who lives nearby on the beach.

A great spot in an unlikely location. Great inside and a few tables to eat. Menu of the day delicious and freshly made, so many flavours and very healthy. Felt great afterwards. Definitely try the salame de chocolate too, so good! Super friendly owner. We will be back.

Had such a great time at “Bancha” and enjoyed the most delicious vegan meals with my family. The space is so refreshing and beautifully decorated and the service is so warm and welcoming! But the icing on the cake was the superb food; so fresh and delicious! I had the Beetroot cream soup, the iconic Tempeh burger and I couldn’t get enough of their Natural Watermelon juice! To finish off, their guilty-free insanely delicious vegan Tiramisu! Couldn’t recommend this place more 💚 Can’t wait to go back for more! Xx

We are visiting Portimao and are lucky to be renting a place a few hundred meters from this sweet cafe. It's a warm, peaceful, and beautifully decorated restaurant. The owner is so lovely. We enjoyed the menu of the day which was so fresh and flavourful. Since we will be in the area for almost two months we will be visiting this cafe weekly. The owner also makes her own organic sourdough bread with spelt and rye. Orders can made two days in advance.

I’d like warmly recommend this place - in a quiet street, super nice owner / staff, all time with smile, perfect food, tasty fresh juices, delicious cakes. My daughters ordered daily menu and cinamon pudding and traditional Portugese dessert salami. I’m raw vegan and I ordered fresh juice and salad - salad was huge and soooo yummy. We definitely will be back till we leave this place. Love it. Must visit!

We had the burger and oatmeal rice with beans and both were very tasty. My mom ordered a plain salad with nothing and the lady even though confused at first made exactly what she wanted. We then tried the dessert which was yummy cinnamon pudding and a portuguese salame cake (not sure i’m spelling it right). Both of them were very good. The lady serving us was nice and spoke well english
