J’ai pris le biryani aux légumes qui ne contient pas de produits laitiers (j’ai demandé), j’ai voulu prendre un naan mais la serveuse m’a indiqué qu’il y avait un peu de yaourt dedans, je ne l’ai donc pas pris.

The menu shows a lot of vegetarian curry’s and other meals like palak paneer. Different rice options and naan. Not expensive.

Very good Daal - Edit
The waiter was very nice and explained what was vegan on their menu (only the vegetarian food was labelled), the beignets d' aubergine and the Dal were very good :)

A Couple of Vegan Options But Super Tasty 🍛 - Edit
Banaras was a life-safer, since in the old town of Aigues Mortes there were almost no vegan options (besides the usual pizza with no cheese and such). 🙈
Read moreThe vegetable curry 🍲 was simple but very tasty. The portions of the curry itself and the rice 🍚 (which does not come automatically with the curry) were perfect: not too little, not too much!
The only other vegan dish was a Lentil Dahl, but we didn't get it 💨
The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. ✨
Overall a nice place where to stop to recharge 😋

A welcome find in Aigues-Mortes - Edit
Aigues-Mortes is very short on veggie and vegan options, so we were pleased to find this, and it was a nice change from the Meditteranean food we had been eating on the rest of the trip.
