Friendly cafe with a range of vegan options - Edit
We stopped at Banana Tree Coffee while driving along the coast. The cafe has a range of vegan/alt milks for its beverages and it has smoothies, juices, and snacks, many of which are either vegan or can be made vegan. The staff member who served us was really friendly and we really enjoyed our oat chai lattes. I don't think there are many other vegan options close by, so this place felt like a real find.
