Excellent & cheap tofu based dishes in local eatery - Edit
Lots of tofu based dishes. We only tried the Lao selection but they also offer many western dishes (also take away).
Read moreThe lady who cooks is really specific about the ingredients and prefers not to serve a dish if she does not find quality ingredients that day. (Not everything is available every day in Vang Vieng, and before sitting down you should ask if they have tofu that day: unfortunately it can be that many restaurants run out at the same time).
We ate there twice and everything was absolutely delicious and each dish was well different from each other.
Service can be slow if many customers at the same time. But it's both cheap and excellent, so worth the wait.
Note: you have to pay cash and upfront.
