Delicious Vegan Sushi with Local Flair - Edit
I wanted to give 5 stars, but HappyCow doesn’t allow it since this isn’t a fully vegan restaurant.
Read moreExcellent selection of vegan sushi. We ordered the “70 Bigan”, which included everything shown: 10 gyozas, 40 pieces of fresh sushi, and 20 pieces of fried sushi. The food was absolutely delicious and very filling.
There was a great variety of sushi that felt both Japanese and distinctly Chilean. The use of local ingredients—such as black olives, palmitos, and avocado—added a unique and enjoyable twist.
The portion was more than we could finish in one sitting, so we asked for takeaway. The staff packed everything carefully and included extra sauces and chopsticks. The leftovers tasted just as good the next day.
Looking forward to my next visit!

Me sorprendió ver que tienen la mitad de su carta vegana, productos como tofu y algo para resaltar, queso crema vegano o VEGADELPHIA como le suelen llamar, producido por ellos mismos a base de tofu, es delicioso!!! La limonada de coco 🥥 IMPERDIBLE!!!!

Este es de esos locales que SÍ tienen opciones veganas, no una, no dos, una sección completa. La atención cada que pido es un 10/10. Delivery a varios sectores de viña. Cierra tarde así que salva de noche. Rico, varias opciones con Tofu.
