So many dessert options - Edit
I was happy to find a place with such a wide variety of che, most of which are vegan, and all can be made vegan. The staff who took my order didn't seem to know what vegan meant, but since Bambu is a chain, I was able to find information online about what is and isn't vegan. There is also a V next to each che that is vegan. They also advertise on their menu that many drink options can be made dairy free by substituting coconut milk. The interior is light and airy, and I will be back to try their other che flavors.
