Great vegan pho! - Edit
Loved the vegan pho and the lemongrass tofu roll. Portions were HUGE! Also serves wine and sake cocktails.

Many great vegan options - Edit
There were vegan options from every section of the menu. We ordered vegan pho and vegan brown fried rice. Both were excellent! My sister who is an omnivore had red chicken curry and said it was delicious as well. The sake selection was perfect as well. I thought this restaurant was perfect for dining with a diverse group of eaters. We’ll be back soon!

The absolute best vegan pho I've ever had. I do not eat mushrooms or onions and the bamboozled model is very easy to customize and accommodates this! They also have several other vegan options you cannot go wrong with. Amazing rolls! As a Tampa native, I can truly say it does not get better than this. The ambiance is also fantastic and even their water tastes refreshing with a slight mint/basil hint to it.

They have a vegan menu and on Mondays they have “meatless Monday” where the vegan menu is 20% off. Their tofu pho is my FAVORITE and a reoccurring order for my through Uber eats.

They have a nice vegan menu. I ordered the red curry dish (nicely spicy), which came with jasmine rice served in a whole coconut. Great choice, nice staff, and Katrina offered good suggestions for dessert.

Popped in here on a layover and had the vegan Pho...it was delish! I don’t like spicy so i had without jalapeños. Also got 2 lemongrass tofu fresh tools with peanut sauce to go for my flights later. They were amazing and stayed very fresh hours later!! Definitely will be back here again!!

I loved everything! The ambience is lovely. There is a full page vegan menu. I had two of the different rolls and a small pho, plus the cassava “cake” - which was divine and very unique! There were actually three vegan dessert options. Great place, I would definitely go back. It’s not fancy or formal but it is a nice and lovely spot for dinner.

Flip to the last page of the menu for a full page of vegan options. Light, seasoned just so, spiced perfectly. Choice of traditional crispy, fried spring rolls or fresh soft garden rolls. Pho is seasoned without any salty presence. Curry was not oily. Papaya salad was light and crunchy.

At the back of the menu there's a specific vegan menu, which is AWESOME! The food is good, staff is great, and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Cucumber water was a plus! Definitely going back.

They have a nice section with lots of vegan options. I had a hard time choosing, but I ultimately opted for lemongrass tofu salad. The salad was really fresh, and the tofu had good texture and flavor. The sauce for the salad was really good as well. I wish they put a bit more vermicelli in the dish to make it more substantial, but that’s just a small quibble.

I had the vegan tofu pho and it was outstanding. One of few options in downtown Tampa. In full disclosure, my 2 colleagues who had chicken dishes weren't too pleased with their meals.

This place is awesome and super affordable for a nice date night. They have a complete vegan menu with a variety spring rolls, soup and salads for apps, various entrees including a delicious vegan pho and several curries and some kinda crepe thing that was super tasty. This is one of my new favorite vegan spots. :)

When traveling with 2 vegans and 2 omnis, it can be a challenge. The omnis feel like they're being persecuted when we go to a vegan place (yeah, I know).

I had the small vegan pho which was light and flavorful. The Thai basil and kefir lime leaves gave it a subtle floral note.
The crunchy vegan pancake was fantastic. It hit all the right texture and flavor notes, and was under 500 calories.
Highly recommend. Only reason I took off 1 star was the lack of vegan-option desserts.
