Delicious - a bit pricey - Edit
Two veggie options but quiet satisfying. There's a combo bambao wrap, salad and a drink for $6.99 (Ginger and basil beverage is really good). The place is small but nice. Kind staff :)
Pros: two veggie options
Cons: A bit expensive for regular "almuerzo".

Awesome Place - Edit
Its hard to find good fresh food in Quito, especially vegan food. Bambao really hits all the right notes with there flavorful packed bao's that have special sauces and fresh vegetable toppings. I really enjoy all there fresh juices also. We did some Christmas shopping at the large mall, went to Bambao then watched a movie. Its really centrally located.
Pros: great tasting food, really fresh ingredients, tasty and healthy juice options
Cons: not a high end restaurant

Delicious, Affordable & Quick Vegan Meals - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped by BamBao for lunch on August 1st, 2016. I was looking for anything vegan and easily accessible in Quito, Ecuador. The quaint local near "Nacionas Unidas" does not disappoint with its custom sandwiches, which are both succulent and very filling. For under 7$, you get a combo, which includes a sandwich, salad and drink. All three are savory and a must for anyone looking for a quick, tasty, filling and affordable meal. I'll definitely be going back!
