Awesome vegan cheesesteak! - Edit
Vegan cheesesteak sandwich was delicious with a good balance of peppers and onions. Topped with vegan cheese. Even the bread/roll was good and worked well with the sandwich. Excellent fries! Service was great - friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. I don't know what they make their cheesesteak out of but it tastes better and less fake/processed than Beyond or Impossible. I will definitely be back!

Balboas did a great job developing this vegan sandwich. My husband, son and I all enjoyed it. Definitely worth a try!! It really hit the spot.

Hi!!! this is Karen one of the owners I have been working with a vegan food consultant to come up with a vegan Philly cheesesteak technically no animal product used whatsoever. We are currently working on a vegan egg roll and we are planning on starting breakfasts in September which will include vegetarian and vegan options for sandwiches. looking forward to meeting a whole new consumer base!
