Great curry - Edit
Had a very tasty red curry. We ordered springrolls as a starter and several dishes with tofu instead of non-vegan ingredients. Unfortunately they were out of tofu. Instead we got a lot of extra vegetables! Even better if you ask me...

Like said, best to tell the staff you want to have vegan food, then they can tell you which dishes can be made vegan. They were very helpful and the food was tasty and it was ready very quickly. For dessert I asked if I could have just berries, as there were no vegan desserts. I got a beautiful plate with mixed berries which I was very happy with! The place is a bit hidden as it's in a courtyard, but there are some signs visible from the street that you can follow.

Big pad thai - Edit
The menu appeared to be non-vegan but, as others said here, the servers were more than happy to veganize their pad Thai with tofu. Really nice portion size for the price with more veggies than you often get with pac Thai, a good spice level too!

At least half of the meals on the menu has the option of being made with tofu. As there are few options in Åndalsnes this is great.

Great Thai restaurant - Edit
Very nice Thai restaurant in downtown Åndalsnes. Like everywhere in Norway, it tends toward the pricier side, but was worth the splurge to us. All the classic vegetarian and vegan Thai options. We got pad Thai and green curry which were both delicious.
