Sprouted Bread! - Edit
We got vegan blts and they were amazing! They make their own sprouted bread that you can buy there and other places locally. It’s delicious! The staff is very friendly. Small space used very wisely.

Awesome vegan BLT - Edit
Very delicious vegan options, tacos, BLT sandwich, and salads! I tried their vegan coleslaw as well, not sure if that's a permanent menu item or not but it was delicious!

Fantastic Food and People! - Edit
Just finishing a delectable lunch of vegan BLT, egg salad side and locally roasted coffee. The vegan “bacon” is made in-house (as is virtually everything on menu). The bread, which is made offsite, is made with sprouted grain and is hearty and filling. My dessert was an in-house crafted granola bar, which had the perfect sweetness and crunch (although a bit pricey). All-in-all, the experience at Baker’s Guild Cafe is worth the small trek off of I-80 for homemade, healthy food options with friendly staff to shepherd one to an unexpectedly great experience.

Delicious vegan BLT. - Edit
They don’t have a ton of vegan options but the vegan BLT is really good. Vegan bacon is made in-house from a black bean paste. Served on their tasty sprouted grain bread or pita pocket.

You Must Eat Here - Edit
All people who pass through Bloomsburg must try this cafe out! Perfect for brunching and lunching with friends, go and relax. There isn't much seating, but what is there gets gorgeous light. All good is organic and made right in front of you (the whole kitchen is visible). Partnered with Columbia County Granola (which makes the BEST bread), nearly all dishes contain the company's grainy goodness at a reasonable price. The food is healthy AND delicious. Good vegan options. Good all around.
