Vegan fillings include the chili vegano, the pea cream, and the shitake stroganoff with cashew cream which is also available on a plate with rice and fries.

It’s located at/right before terminal 3 as you are leaving the hallway from terminal 2 - landside before security. Right across from Burger King and Raia Pharmacy on the second floor. Basically they offer a big baked potato with two vegan toppings - broccoli and mushroom sauce. Not very many vegan options in general at GRU so I’m happy I found it. Still a bit costly for just a potato but better than nothing.

Convenient Vegan Option - Edit
Located in Terminal 3, although I heard there are 3 Baked Potato restaurants in the airport. They offer a vegan filling option on the menu depending on the day, I had a mix of mushroom filling in my baked potato with batata palha on the top (Brazilian Skinny potato crisps. Waiters are familiarized with what’s vegan and what’s not.

If you happen to get stuck at the Guarulhos Airport in Brazil is good to know that now we have some vegan options available at Baked Potato hut. You can choose your sauces, the main vegan option is the mushroom one.
