I got the burrito Mexicano and it was flavorful and quick. Good option for a warm vegan meal.

If you find other options on your way take them. - Edit
The only vegan burrito option I saw was the burrito mexicana with black beans and roasted veggies. And it really wasn't that good. I mean there are not a lot of vegan options at the airport here so if you have to find something the burrito works. But I recommend to find something else or bring something to eat with you.
