The vegan "chicken" salad is made from chickpeas, celery, onion, relish, and veganaise. The vegan spicy "chicken" wrap is made of cornmeal breaded tofu fried in soy oil. Both items are served on a whole wheat wrap with lettuce and campari tomatoes plus your choice of either hot or Annie's Organic BBQ sauce. Separate prep utensils are used for vegan food. Call ahead to confirm before you go. Open Tue-Fri 7:00am-6:00pm, Sat 7:00am-3:00pm.

I have had both of the vegan options this summer and enjoyed both.
The vegan sandwiches are a creation of the owner, Annette and not offered on the menu. You must giver her at least 24 hours to prepare the food offsite, away from contamination at this fried chicken stand. She is very conscious of this.
Call Annette at 717-968-6789 to inquire and order. She also shows concern for your feedback about the taste.
