Very tasty soup - Edit
The vegetable soup with a mushroom soy base was packed with delicious vegetables (I also added tofu). The vegetables were not over cooked and the soup was so flavorful! The server informed me that the curry dishes are not vegan or even vegetarian as the chili paste they order from Thailand contains shrimp paste so beware of those items!

I will return for the soup and possibly the Thai Hed as well 😁.
Pros: Tasty fresh food, Knowledgeable staff

The food was so good, we ate here twice during our visit to Fairbanks! We had the fried tofu and the yellow curry was delicious and piping hot!

We had an awesome experience at Bahn Thai. The service was great, the staff are very friendly and it’s a beautiful and clean restaurant. You can order just about anything vegan but also make sure you let them know you want no oyster/fish sauce. The flavors are so good!

Wait staff was knowledgeable about veganizing menu items. Most of their menu can be made vegan/vegetarian upon request. I had the #34 Pad Pak (mixed vegetables) and it hit the spot. Cute place!
