I can't believe it's taken me so long to try this place. So delicious and quick service. You could tell someone it was shredded chicken and they wouldn't second guess. Definitely a new regular.

The vegan roll was absolutely delish! We went back for seconds. Would give it 5 stars. Costs $6.95

Just another Banh Mi place in the city except this one has a few vegan listings on the menu.
The vegan roll is made with a tofu and vermicelli mix on fresh bread they bake in house. The rice paper rolls are of a similar fare. Pretty standard stuff, the veggies are fresh and you can opt for no chilli if you're a wimp :-)
It's quick and pretty cheap. A vegan roll and drink will set you back $8 which is pretty good in the city.
They also do freshly squeezed juices and smoothies that can be made with non-dairy milk.
Would eat again.
