The plantain bowl is where its at

I ordered the platain bowl, I just asked for it to be made vegetarian and without cheese.

It was really good, the the plantain was cooked perfectly and the rice was a little sticky which is how I like it.

Pros: Menu items that can be made vegan

Cons: Expensive
