Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican restaurant with vegan options including nachos, tacos and warm salad. Vegan banquet available for bookings of 10 or more people. Confirmed closed, Feb 2019.
Really enjoyable take away vegan burrito! Staff very helpful and understand dietary requirements well. Am yet to try eating at the restaurant but the outside van is a really good option for some takeaway or a chilled outdoor meal.
We chose Baha because we could see the regular menu had several vegan small-plate options. On arrival we found they had a special menu on that night with only one possibly vegan taco. We told the staff we were vegan and they were able to offer us either a vegan taco or a vegan burrito, both off-menu. We chose the burritos and they were delicious! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and invited us back again.
Had heard that this place offered vegan options, and with limited places in the area to go for dinner in the area we thought we'd try it out.
We went on the $3 taco night which was pretty good value for money but the standard was not great, maybe if you are out drinking and want a cheap feed but just lacked flavour. I also ordered the kids meal which was great value but ordering vegan was charged extra (which they didn't inform me of) and it was too spicy for her to eat. No vegan cheese available just beans & veg so not sure what the extra charge was for. There was also a male member of staff who did not seem keen to be there and could constantly be heard swearing which I had to keep distracting my children from so was pretty disappointing!
