Also offers veggie salad rolls (tofu, rice noodles, shredded carrots, lettuce, cilantro, peanut sauce) and vegetarian soup. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-8:00pm, Sat 11:00am-6:00pm.

Great Corvallis Option - Locally-owned - Edit
The owners are incredibly kind, and care about what they're doing. This is the type of place you should give your money to. Homemade, fresh, food. They have 3 options that can be made vegan by omitting mayo. The tofu and wheaties are saucy enough that the mayo isn't missed. Sure, there are better bahn mi in Oregon, but this is definitely a worthwhile place to eat.

Curry Tofu Bahn Mi is yummm! - Edit
I like that they have three vegan options!! But the curry tofu bánh mì is so good I will probably always get that!!! They have a mushroom patè to put on the vegan sandwiches which is really yummy (because I think traditional bánh mì has a meat patè) Wish I could give 5 stars but it is not all Vegan😄

Corvallis is a bit of a difficult city to be vegan in, but I appreciate Baguette for providing options! Loved the wheaties sandwich, but my only complaint would be that I wish there were more veggies on it! I will definitely be back and want to give the other options a try.

Go here at least once a month for a curry tofu banh mi. It's so flavorful and the owners are so nice! If you're in Corvallis, definitely check this place out😄Really great prices too. Wish I could give it 5 stars.

I love baggette! I order the Wheaties, which is a seitan sandwich with a tomato based sauce. It's delicious. I eat there about once a week. And the family that owns the restaurant is super sweet.

We love Vietnamese Baguette and we are frequent patrons. Being vegan, we always order the #10 Soya with no mayo, and fresh jalapenos. They have three vegan options but the #10 is our favorite, and their bread is always warm and fresh. We also order their salad rolls to-go for our lunches the next day.
