Vegans ask to omit mayonaise on the vegetarian sandwiches: item #10 soya (slices of tofu and veggie loaf, mushroom pate), #11 curry tofu (tofu with curry and lemongrass), and #12 wheaties (wheat gluten cooked with tomato sauce, garlic, onion). Also offers veggie salad rolls (tofu, rice noodles, shredded carrots, lettuce, cilantro, peanut sauce) and vegetarian soup. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-8:00pm, Sat 11:00am-6:00pm.

Best sandwiches in town - Edit
We love Vietnamese Baguette and we are frequent patrons. Being vegan, we always order the #10 Soya with no mayo, and fresh jalapenos. They have three vegan options but the #10 is our favorite, and their bread is always warm and fresh. We also order their salad rolls to-go for our lunches the next day.
We are always greeted with a friendly smile, we feel welcome, and happily chat with the owners. Very good food at a very reasonable price, highly recommended.
