Delicious baked goods

I had the carrot cake, “kärleksmums” and something with a vanilla cream filling - all good stuff!

My favourite bakery in Sumpan

Always has a good selection of vegan cakes - the bounty cake and carrot cake are ridiculously good. I can never resist the cookies either. There is usually one vegan pastry available, recently it's been a rhubarb/vanilla bun. The coffee is always good and fresh. Occasionally there are also traditional cakes made vegan, eg princess cake, and over summer they have a selection of homemade sorbets. Not all the breads are vegan so be careful but the staff are always super friendly and happy to help.

Pros: A good selection of vegan options , Changing menu with some regulars, Central location with indoor+outdoor seats

Cons: Expensive , Not all bread is vegan , Once an item is finished it's finished

Passion before fashion

Ok, to be perfectly fair on a couple of occasions I've felt slightly letdown by Passion. You go out of your way to pay them a visit, only to find the vegan options were neither many nor enticing. I do believe their raw carrot cake is utterly yummy, but then again, it almost had to be, given that it costs over 50 sek, if I recall correctly.
On a more positive note, a few months ago I ordered a humongous raspberry and chocolate cake, as a colleague was turning 50. Well, everyone at work absolutely dug it! No offence, but it makes me want to regret having previously ordered a similar one from Chokladfabriken..
More recently, Passion decided to (at last!) hold one of their all-vegan days, but this sorry reviewer happened to be abroad. I sent them an e-mail a few days prior, whereupon they gave me the whole list of items, of which I chose a modest selection of some 15. Two days after the event I was back in town and finally got round to taking what was rightfully mine. That's what I call service, so kudos to Passion!
It seems like Söderbergs bageri found themselves a contender as the best bakery in Stockholm, to say the least. It'll be interesting to see who's the first to up the ante.

Great place

Cozy cafe close to central Stockholm(two stops by train). Offers many vegan options such as cakes, salads and sandwiches. Usually more pastry options towards weekends. Friendly staff

Go somewhere else

I have been to this café several times and the staff has always approchaed me with a nasty attitude. The service is lacking in many ways. There is a few vegan options but they are not always labeled and when you ask whats vegan the staff always sounds bothered. Plenty more to say about the lack of service but i will keep this short.
There is plenty other vegan and vegan friwndly cafés in Stockholm. Go somewhere else.

Pros: Good carrot cake, Near trainstation, Central location

Cons: Rude staff, No signs about what is vegan, Expensive
