It's great really, you get to choose your cheese all types. But they write 'may contain egg white'
Now it's morning star bacon, I looked it up, nothing has changed in their recipe, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and was under pressure to order, I ate it and then looked it up later Big mistake.
I got sausage next time. I mostly went back to ask them to change their sign. I will go back once more to see if they did.
They did switch their sausage which is better, a while ago I went and it was gross, in my opinion, it wasn't breakfast sausage more of one that I would eat with rice and beans.
And my son well he likes his bagels, and overall, he thinks there's are pretty bad...
It's worth the trip to fuel in hickville or gregory's in deer park if you want a vegan egg sandwhich... or huntington at blue stella

Staff didn't seem to know what was vegan or not. The menu says plant based for egg based products. Limited options, but fine in a pinch.

Bagels Your Way is a must for me whenever I'm in Medford! Their bagels are delicious and I'm super thankful for the option to get myself a vegan breakfast sandwich (even if when I add vegan eggs, sausage, and cheese, the price doubles...worth it because breakfast is my favorite meal). They even have vegan cream cheese options if that's what you're into! Just beware: the "plant-based" bacon isn't vegan. Unless something has changed, they use MorningStar meat alternatives, and MorningStar bacon is just vegetarian. In my mind, "plant-based" = "vegan," but that isn't the case for everyone or every business 🤷♀️ I was disappointed when I learned this, but I still recommend the options that ARE fully vegan!

Edit: they use morning star bacon which is vegetarian so their bacon egg and cheese isn’t vegan. The sausage patties are vegan
Read moreOkay so this is def expensive and you can make it at home yourself. But… vegan egg sandwiches?!? At a deli?!? On Long Island?! I never thought I’d see the day. Their vegan cream cheese bagels are great too!! The price makes it not an everyday thing but it’s so cool to have a bagel place to go with my friends and grab some breakfast.

Their vegan cream cheese is so good! They have just egg, plant based butter and several vegan cream cheese options. They also have several kinds of vegan cheese and vegan tuna. I wanted to try everything!!

I just found out they use Morning Star bacon which has egg whites in it!!! They also use Morning Star Sausage which I looked up and it is vegan. But the bacon is NOT vegan… The eggs are Just Egg and the cheese is Follow Your Heart so those are fine. But I’m so disappointed bc I gave this place a nice review and have been there a few times now. But they recently gave me their vegan menu to take home and it says what they use on it. And I’m very disappointed.

A lot of vegan options - Edit
This place has more vegan options than I've seen at most bagel places around here. They have just egg, vegan sausage and bacon, 4 types of vegan cheeses and they have Tofutti cream cheese as well as Tofutti veggie cream cheese. I've had two bagels from this place so far and they are really good. The vegan mock stuff can drive the price up quite a bit, however if you have the craving, it's nice to have the option here. Their bagel selection is also very extensive. I usually get whole wheat though And it's very good

Great breakfast selections! - Edit
Nice little bagel shop with tons of bagel options. I got a plain bagel with Just Egg, vegan bacon and vegan cheddar and it was delicious. They have multiple different vegan cheese available (Gouda, cheddar, pepper jack etc) and all the vegan options were posted on a cork board in the entrance. Main menu in the restaurant is a little hard to read because it’s written in chalk. Very busy in the morning so give yourself some time to wait to get your food. Currently no indoor seating but signs said dining room coming soon.
