Great deli with tons of vegan faux meat - Edit
Definitely recommended more for their take home meals than their sit down food, although they do have things like chicken salad wraps. Took home a vegan chicken vindaloo the other day and it was amazing. Pizza knishes were meh

Montreal Staple - Edit
Great takeaway and casual dine-in options for vegan food. Amazing fresh bagels, Indian food, pastry (spinach knishes!), and sandwich options. They even have frozen food to take home with you and a few groceries if you're in a pinch.

Very veg friendly! - Edit
I love their hot bar where you can get stuff like lentil stew, vegan butter chicken, mango chicken, thai chicken (a lot of chicken now that I think about it), but it's only available Monday to Friday.
Read moreTheir bakery has vegan cinnamon buns (they sell out super fast though), apple turnovers and blueberry turnovers.
They have both fresh and frozen dishes, so you can stock up on lunches.
ALWAYS check the labels, the lady at the hot bar didn't seem to understand the difference between vegetarian and vegan. There's a label for vegan and one for vegetarian.

Super cute place - Edit
Plenty of vegan and vegitariosn options which were clearly labeled. They also had vegan cheese which was delicious. I'm usually very picky with vegan cheese but this was really good.
Read moreI found the somewhat run-down look of the place to be charming and enjoyed eating these.
The staff was very nice and helpful.

Incredible - Edit
They have INCREDIBLE vegan food.. it's not a nice place to sit down and eat (kinda run down and messy looking) but my oh my is their food good. Tip: triple check that stuff is vegan, one of the ladies I spoke to had no idea and just pointed to ransom stuff. When I asked to make sure, someone else came and pointed out different stuff as vegan options...

An absolute must visit! - Edit
If you're vegetarian or vegan and are in Montreal, you HAVE to eat here. They're one of the first places in Canada to offer Beyond Meat products (and the only one I've ever seen with their amazing sausage).
Read moreThey also have a buffet style counter where you can choose from tons of different vegan and vegetarian "meat" or veggie dishes, their Indian dishes are particularly amazing. You can even get breakfast tofu scramble or a vegan "chicken salad" on a Montreal bagel. Honestly some of the best dishes I've ever eaten all in the same place.
Everything is clearly labeled, and the staff are very knowledgeable and will be more than happy to answer your questions. Forget the plant-based chain restaurants popping up to take advantage of trends, you can really tell the difference when you see the passion that goes into the food here.
One of the best vegan spots in Montreal, hands down. Happy Cow doesn't allow a 5 star rating because they also serve meat (kind of a weird rule to be honest), but this place deserves 5 stars, easily.
Pros: Tons of Vegan options, Fair prices, clear labels

Best Bagels in MTL - Edit
I was blown away with how good these bagels tasted! I had the blueberry bagel, but they told me that all the bagels are eggless! I would go here again in a heartbeat!
