Good bagels, better for vegetarians than vegans

This is a strictly kosher bagel place with decent bagels and some vegan spreads like tofu cream cheese, which is typical for a NYC bagel place.

They also offer vegan sausage and impossible burgers--but do be aware that their sandwiches with vegan meats are *not* necessarily vegan: they might come on non-vegan buns, they might be mixed with dairy cheese and chicken eggs, etc. Their use of vegan meats would be important for people who are kosher or vegetarian, but not necessarily for vegans.; this is not completely clear from their signage, so be forewarned.

Vegan sandwich

Was able to create a bagel sandwich w vegan cream cheese and vegan sausage but wish they had more vegan options

Get your bagel fix

I had a bagel with tofu scallion cream cheese, and it was delicious. Bagels are $1.60 as-is. In addition to vegan cream cheeses, there are hummus and baba ghanoush.
