Amazing lunch option - Edit
There are a few vegan options on the menu. I had the "thai chicken chili". The food menu has clear vegan and vegetarian marks. Unfortunatly the drinks card doesn't have marks. I asked for some extra "cream cheese" and that was not a problem.

Like any other Bagels and Beans - Edit
I went here for lunch and it was a nice experience. They have vegan options and I tried the avocado bagel with Thai sweet chili. My partner had the Tuscany bagel which is also vegan. Pink ginger lemonade and a latte with almond milk. It was all good but not exceptionally amazing. It is just a good option for lunch. They had vegan cake options too, although I didn't try them. Right in front of this store is a Dunkin Donuts where they have a few vegan options as well.
