Serves meat, vegan options available. Dutch-owned chain of lunchrooms offering a menu inspired not by American-style bagels but the tastes and herbs of Europe and Southern France. Offers vegetarian and vegan bagels, sweets, coffee, and fresh juices. Could replace cream cheese with hummus for some items. Free Wi-Fi. Always a tasty lunch option - Edit

Bagels and Beans is a chain and they have at least 4 vegan bagels, sweet and savory. Can order a nice soy or matcha latte with soy milk. Always a nice atmosphere. Recommended for a nice lunch.

happyowl 07 Aug 2017 - OH and don't forget to ask about the vegan pecan pie. It's not on the menu but they do have it :)

Much visited place - by tourist as well as locals - Edit

Bagels and Beans has more choices voor vegetarians than for vegans, but, B&B offers a few special bagels: the Dutch Weed Burger on a bagel (The Dutch Weed Bagel) - a plantbased burger made of seaweed. They also serve vegetarian chicken and a mushroom burger on a bagel. There's also a variety of choice with the 'normal' bagels.

Baked goods are also worth while!

It's a populair place, so get there earlier of later than lunchtime.

Pros: Dutch Weed Bagel, Fresh teas , Also to go

Cons: Get there earlier/ later than lunchtime
