This place has lots of really good vegan options, and the menu says that anything not listed as vegan can be made vegan by asking. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I ate here three times on my visit to Enschede, and had a different bagel each time: vegan BLT bagel, Avocado bagel, and vegan lox and creamcheese bagel -- all three were excellent. It's totally fine to hang out here and work, or wait for your train (it's a 3-minute walk to the Enschede train station).

I had the most amazing experience. Went in thinking I could only get a falafel bagel but had the best vegan BLT (bacon, lettuce and tomato) They also had vegan salmon!

Most of their bagels are vegan, they have a vegan creamcheese and a vegan burger. There are plant milk options for milk drinks, such as Chai Lattes or coffee. They have an additional vegan menu as well upon request, however I just ordered off of the normal menu. They are attentive to Veganism and the restaurant themselves seems to use more bio and fair trade options.
Read moreIt's a bit pricey, however not exceptionally so. You can have a cream cheese bagel for approximately 5 euros, or something more fancy for 10 or so euros.
They also have a vegan pecan pie for dessert. Went here for my birthday and enjoyed it quite a bit, although they sadly had no free birthday gift I can't fault them on that. Definitely recommend eating here, great for both vegans and the omnivores in their life.
Pros: Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff, Several options for all types of food, Cozy atmosphere
Cons: Could be a bit more affordable.
