Some good vegan options (like a bagel with vegan cream cheese, the Dutch Weed Burger, vegan porridge). Nice (and some unusual) cold and warm beverages (like the vegan golden almond latte).

Vegan options and friendly staff - Edit
There are enough options for vegans and vegetarians at the bagels and beans. The staff knows really well what is vegan and what is not. They have veganized things of the menu for me in the past and they really tried to think with me about the options. Also they have three different alternative milk choices!
