Great choices - Edit
I love Bagels and Beans. This is my 2nd time in the Netherlands and honestly couldn’t wait to come back. Their menu has improved for vegan options from last time - so many cream cheeses to choose from now! And only 1 of the bagels isn’t vegan now.
Read moreI’ve had the Thai chilli “chicken” and avocado, lettuce and tomato (opted for the chives cream cheese) - both on an everything bagel. I loved both, and thought the avocado one was perfect for breakfast. My partner has had the tex mex (I had a bit - delicious) and the pulled mushroom (he commented this one wasn’t as good) and I’m looking forward to trying the Bali “chicken” next.
The only downside is they’re not very filling, so we often end up hungry about an hour later.
Really wish we had something like this back home - it’s just a lovely little place and the staff have been friendly.
Pros: Great choices, Delicious food, Good drink options
Cons: Not as filling as I’d like

Great spot for Breakfast or Brunch - Edit
We visited here twice during our break to Eindhoven. First time, I had the Avocado and tomato with the tomato and pesto cream cheese, my partner had the tex mex, we shared the pecan pie. Second visit, I had the Thai Chicken Chilli, partner had the Bali and we shared the banana bread. So much vegan cream cheese to choose from! All food was lovely albeit a tad pricey. Cafe itself had a lovely botanical, earthy vibe and decor. Staff were friendly.

Decent food for fair prices - Edit
I had a warm bagel and a matcha latte here. Both were tasteful and were served quite quick. I was hoping on a bit more variation in the vegan offers, but I guess that’s being too demanding 😌

Rather good! - Edit
Vegan options available, but not that many. The food was rather good, but not really impressive. Friendly staff though.

Great coffee - Edit
Their coffee is great. Basically I was a person who hated coffee until I was 20. This place is the reason I am addicted to it for the last 11 years.
Read moreDont expect a gourmet experience with multiple different roasts and sophisticated brews. But their standard beans are basically great.

Lunch - Edit
Vegan experience not so good. Chocolate melt was awful, served like warm milk with chocolate chunks that barely melted leaving you with a lumpy drink.
Read moreReally cheap, quickly served bagel however, you also have to spread the hummus, tomatoes and cucumber into the bagel yourself for some bizarre reason... unless you want a rocket bagel with those toppings as sides...
Pecan pie had a very tough crust but was kinda tasty.
My boyfriend had a tasty chicken bagel and good americano but was also disappointed with the pecan pie.
Pros: Cheap, Fast service , Outside seating
Cons: Bad food, Build your own literally

Amazing coffee and lots of vegan milks to choose from. - Edit
The bagels here are really tasty. I had the everything bagel with tomato and avocado. The avocado was perfectly ripe and the tomatoes were fresh and great too. They have one vegan cream cheese and it’s really yummy. Will definitely be back.

The new bagel - Meatless Magic - Edit
I was shocked to not find the Dutch Weed burger on the menu when I entered the Bagels and Beans. Instead, they have listed a new meatless burger, it did not disappoint in any way! Friendly staff, good coffee and a very nice bagel, what more do you want for lunch?

Good, but not special - Edit
Cosy place, not that special. Has a few vegan options (amongst others vegan bagels and yoghurt) which are very tasteful. Also the coffee is really good.

I came here with my vegetarian boyfriend and my omnivore friend and we were all so happy with the choice!! I had a small latte with soy milk (not small AT ALL) and a bagel with the vegan cream cheese (so so so good!!). 100% recommended!

I come here a lot and the food is always delicious (would’ve given 5 stars if Happy Cow allowed it ;))! They have vegetarian and vegan options (i personally love the dutch weed burger and awesome prana bagel) (as well als biological meat and fish), good service, friendly staff. Definetly recommend!

They have tasty food, but the vegan options are limited and portions are not that big. Still I would recommend it for the food and the place.

Good bagels, options for all preferences - Edit
Close to central station, easy to find. Several options noted clearly as being vegan, sweet one with banana & maple, hummus one and a seaweed burger one. There is also pie that is vegan & gluten free. Plenty of gluten free options if that interests you. Vegetarian options,... They seem to have cornered all options pretty well. There is even eye roll, sigh, dear lord animal friendly animal products,.... Yeah. Organic options. Opted for the seaweed burger with the stupid name of Dutch weed, decent interesting burger, really nice burger, very good veganaise with seaweed,... Tasty, good breakfast, very good prices. Decent coffee. Overall a really nice breakfast place. Good service, very relaxing, ate there & read my book in leisure. Recommended for sure.

Awesome bagels - Edit
Bagels & Beans offers a variety of vegan bagels. All of the bagels themselves are vegan, and from the fillings at least the hummus & sundried tomato bagel as well as the Dutch weed burger are completely vegan without changing anything. Cream cheese can be substituted for hummus. The bagels were fresh and delicious, and so were the fillings. My boyfriend had the hummus & sundried tomato one and I had the Dutch weed burger bagel, which has a patty made out of seaweed and sour sauce plus veggies. We both loved them! The atmosphere can be a bit noisy but the food was great,
