Das Essen war einfach echt gut und super lecker. Wir hatten den Esel und den Vöner und die Portionen waren echt groß. Hätten gerne noch den Nachtisch probiert.

A friend of mine recommended the gyros plate of Bärenstark, so when we wanted to have some take-away food we ordered this, and what can I say, I wasn’t disappointed! They make the seitan gyros themselves, and they do it very good, the fries are super tasty, the salad and sauces are amazing - there are no flaws here. I’m „only“ giving 4 stars because the salads and sauces were a bit messy (because they came in this take away bags), but I’m pretty sure I‘ll correct this to 5 stars once I had this at the restaurant (which I‘ll surely have sometime soon).

Es ist alles sehr lecker und vegan. Die Portionen sind auch sehr groß. Toll ist, dass es viele neue Geschmacksrichtungen sind, wie z.B. Banane Oder Bohnenchilli auf dem Burger.

Alles Gerichte auf der Karte hörten sich so toll an, dass wir uns kaum entscheiden konnten. Letztendlich ist es ein Burger geworden der sehr sehr lecker war! Super nette Bedienung und ein süßer Hund machten es dann perfekt :)

Man darf nicht mit der Erwartung rangehen, hier handelt es sich um eine bessere Dönerbude. Der Vöner war das beste was ich in der Richtung je gegessen habe, der Seitan hat knusprig gebraten und köstlich geschmeckt und nicht wie gewürzte Schuhsohle, was Seitan manchmal mit sich bringt. Dafür zahlt man dann halt 10€ für nen Döner, muss einem halt auch klar sein 🤷🏻♂️😅

Das Team ist super freundlich und geht auf Wünsche individuell ein. Das burger Patty schmeckt mehr wie ein Schnitzel und war leider sehr trocken und wie zu fest und lang frittiert und ist kein Patty, wie man sich das für einen Burger vorstellt. Aber das liegtvielleicht einfach an meinen Erwartungen es stand ja Seitan Basis dran. Vielleicht hatte ich auch einen schlechten Tag erwischt

Best burger in Cologne! - Edit
I enjoyed the atmosphere (including a sweet dog in the middle of the restaurant) and the friendly staff. They offer all kinds of homemade vegan comfort food (gyros, falafel, burger...), but always with a creative twist or sauce to it. We had two burger creations (all with seitan patty) with the chips and sweet potato fries and loved them. For me, probably the best burger in Cologne! However, the food was relatively salty and heavily fried, which was a bit too much for me. But of course, I also went all in with burger and chips. ;)
