Good authentic german bread

It's so hard to find good bread in Japan. Here they have lots of vegan, nonfluffy! breads to choose from. And even lavels!
Unfortunately, no sweet pastries or cakes, like the stollen.
And they told me they use lard in the Brezel 🥲
