Great bakery with vegan options - Edit
Bäckerei Günther offers both sweet vegan options (e.g., Berliner/donut, Rüblikuchen/carrot cake, Apfelwölkchen/apple cloud cake, Eneegy Balls) and savory ones (e.g., Veggie Burger, Eisenstange/"iron bar", Paprikaner/Pretzel stick with bell pepper spread). They are clearly labelled on the signs in the display. However, they sometimes vary from branch to branch, depending on the season and are also sometimes sold out. Nevertheless, I would say the best variety in a "normal" bakery in Kiel and great to grab a quick lunch or a cake. Vegan stuff that you would normally expect in any bakery like bread and bread rolls is of course also available and also clearly labelled. The staff is almost always very friendly and also helpful if you have any questions regarding the products and their availability.
