Good food, service and staff and chef being aware of vegan

Family member had been highly praising this restaurant and along with him we decided on a weekday to this restaurant. The inside is a sensory overload of (bright coloured) lights, colours, sound. We had to request to lower the volume for sound.

The service was very good. The staff knew vegan and understood what we were in for. He made sure and that was helpful. The food was very good. The appetizer the Vegan Dragon Gobhi was very good. Mildly spiced, crunchy. The Vegan Mushrooms Do Pyaaza (double onions) was even better. Fresh chewy mushrooms in onion gravy topped with more onions. Very nice. The Bhindi (Okra) Masala was requested spicy and the chef delivered. The Daal simple and yet so good. Nice tadka (tempering) on top. Jeera Rice was good. The Laccha Paratha was a surprise and was again amazing.

The drinks were totally opposite both mango mojito and lemonade were disappointing.

Food very good. Vibe - ahmmm. Service too notch.

Pros: Staff/Chef aware of vegan items, Fairly good food - Mushrooms curry was a bomb

Cons: Too many bright lights - some flashing, A little bit noisier when we went.
