Good food - Edit
Nice atmosphere, hotel with swimming pool. We (family of 4) with non vegans and vegans all had very good tasting food. The soup with carrot and miso was very good. The main course was a veganised version of a sweet potato with vegan chicken out of the oven. Only minor point was that I asked for a veganised version of a dessert. I got the cream included.

Classy hotel-stay - Edit
The Netherlands have very little vegan options when it comes to gasstations and hotels: somehow they normally are years behind when it comes to food revolutions. But this Badhotel did a really nice job.

They managed to fix a nice lunch (two days) and dinner (1 night). They only failed to make the breakfast vegan-friendly, but it felt as if this was a mistake for them also.
But when the cook was in, it showed high hopes (see the pictures).
For lunch it was kinda regular, but still very tasty: vegan burger, soup, avocado.
But the main course was very special. Both the presentation as the flavour worked very well. For starters a nice small salad, for main a filled pumpkin (might be veggie normally on the menu, but they made this one vegan) and a nice dessert with mango-sorbet.
Pros: Beautiful presentation
Cons: The word 'vegan' isn't promoted on the menu
