Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant at Asli Garden serving traditional Turkish food. Bread and Turkish pizza are made in a traditional stone oven. Specializes in kebap, but owners understand vegan requirements and can make dishes. Can veganize the bread by asking for no yogurt. Also offers vegetable dishes, salads, couscous, and vegan baklava (no butter or honey).

Great bread, even better baklava - Edit
My tour guide called in advance, so they knew to expect us and they were waiting for us with a large array of great food. They offered me lentil soup, cucumber and tomato salad with sumac (amazing), a giant fluffy bread, chickpea mezze, a beautiful dish of roasted vegetables on a stone plate, and baklava. I had to get extra baklava, including one that looked like a mini churro with pistachios . I was in heaven!! Plus, the owner speaks English and let me try my hand at making pizza bread.
Read moreIn a land where I don’t speak the language and meat is king, this was an amazing find.
Pros: Pizza oven, Local spices, Baklava
Cons: Not vegan, Not sure if the vegan options are listed
