Ganz gut - Edit
Es gibt zwei ausgeschriebene Hauptspeisen (ein Burger und eine Bowl). Pommes in zwei Varianten sind auch vorhanden. Ansonsten sieht es zwar als Veganer mau aus, allerdings gibt es hier in der Gegend nicht so häufig, weshalb ich das als eher positiv bewerten würde (ansonsten bekommt man vielleicht noch Probleme bei der Auswahl).
Read moreGeschmacklich war es auch recht gut, aber auch nicht das absolute Highlight. Aber es ist wenigstens mal ein anderes patty als die standard beyond meat Dinger, was auch wenigstens mal eine Abwechslung war.
Preis-Leistung fand ich persönlich auch in Ordnung.
Pros: Geschmacklich ganz gut, Vegane Speisen ausgewiesen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Bland, but great fries - Edit
We went to backwood burgers to try out a new restaurant. When we arrived, it was very busy, which isn't a problem normally. However, the design of the restaurant didn't account for noise cancellation which made it very loud and hard to understand each other without almost shouting.
Read moreThere was only one vegan burger option which my partner and I chose. The burger patty was very bland and had little to no taste. The combination of guacamole and prune sauce also wasn't the best.
What surprised me was that the restaurant has a long list of sauces, but not one vegan mayonnaise. When supermarkets nearby have a minimum of 2 vegan mayo options, and you have 6 sauces, I don't think it's too much to ask for a vegan mayo option at your restaurant.
The fries were really nice and crunchy, and the mocktail was delicious! I wouldn't come here for a vegan burger again though.

Vegan burger and bowl - Edit
Backwood Burger is the most modern restaurant in Bad Sachsa offering two vegan options, a burger and a bowl. My husband was satisfied with the burger, for me the sauce was too sweet and the patty itself lacked flavour. The bowl was delicious and healthy, as I would make at home, a large enough portion.

Gemütliches Restaurant im Herzen Bad Sachsas. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und erklärte mir alles was ich wissen wollte. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Getränken und es gibt Pommes und Süßkartoffelpommes.
