Serves meat, vegan options available. Bakery franchise offering bagels, sandwiches, salads, buns, coffee, juice, and other casual fare. Mostly grab-n-go style. Has vegan range labeled and shown on its webpage - including items like avocado sandwich, falafel wrap, vegetable schnitzel and börek (Turkish baked pastry), fruit cup, and non-dairy yogurt. Outlets are often located at train stations and some offer seating but not all (as reported to HC). Inside of central train station. Open Mon-Fri 05:00-19:30, Sat-Sun 06:30-18:00.

food for train journey - Edit
It’s not located in the train station anymore! You have to leave the station and go to the building on the opposite side of the street (city carré) it’s right after entering on the right. It’s a 1-2 minute walk.

It's okay; all is labeled - Edit
All labeled. Very conveniently located downstairs in central train station. Soft drinks are lemonades etc. from Coca Cola. The plain bread rolls & plain pretzels are nice (to put on them whatever you want or bring). See photos for current offers.

Not much too eat - Edit
They have falafel wrap, spinach börek, pretzels, buns and cherry and apple strudel. The spinach börek is nice (yet a bit expensive) but I did not like the strudels. It is a pity, Backwerk has a lot of vegan options (e.g. bagel with dried tomatoes and avocado) why not serve them there?

Pros: there is something vegan
Cons: too expensive for the taste, limited offer

Limited Choices - Edit
There is just limited vegan offer, only one sandwich and some, mostly plain, bakery products. For vegetarians there are some more options.

no vegan choice - Edit
I've been to Backwerk in the central station twice and both times there was no vegan choice here except pretzels or dry rolls.
