Right after the security control, this is an ok place to grab something on the go. I had borek and cherry pie. Ok both of them!

Read moreRight after passing the security check you will find this kiosk. At the moment of my visit they had the spinach borek which was nice and not expensive.
Vegan is clearly marked.
You can pay at the self scanning or be helped by the staff at the register.

Perfect vegan supply during a layover - Edit
So great to find several options for a quick bite during a layover - and even vegan pastries. Also, at a pretty decent price (considering it's Norway AND an Airport). Definitely recommend this place.

Like other Backstube bakeries, this one carries some vegan pastries like a couple of boreks, a doughnut or apple/cherry turnovers.

Tasty Like Lidl Bakery - Edit
After a quick transition to the train to Oslo central, the bakery here was amazing quality. I had a pretzel and an apple turnover. Was identical to Lidl bakery regarding taste and quality and a good start to vegan options in Norway.
