Like other Backstube bakeries, this one carries some vegan pastries like a couple of boreks, a doughnut or apple/cherry turnovers.
Read moreIt's just a take-out selling point but there are many places around where you can eat.
Note that this kiosk is located after the security check!

Tasty Like Lidl Bakery - Edit
After a quick transition to the train to Oslo central, the bakery here was amazing quality. I had a pretzel and an apple turnover. Was identical to Lidl bakery regarding taste and quality and a good start to vegan options in Norway.
