Wonderful store and cafe! - Edit
This store is a wonderful place to come for all your vegan provisions and meals! The cafe is really great too with lots of choices. The staff are very friendly as well. They have lots of toiletries and household items as well. Parking right out the front.

A staple stop in my grocery shopping on island. They have the widest selection of healthy foods from grains and dried beans to dressings; spices and all my favorite frozen stateside brands! They carry beauty products and toiletries and local made stuff too! The lunch menu is great… I love the ital dumpling soup and dare I say, they have the best peanut seamoss on island!!

Back to Nature, formerly Health Conscious, has been one of the longest existing natural food venues on island. I have always loved the soups, and I would sit and enjoy the Caribbean influenced soup with the provisions and not-too-thick, not-too-thin hearty soup. I also loved the cornbread and breads, tastily made by Mrs. Edwards, former owner. I believe they passed the recipes on to the new owners and so we can still enjoy our favorites. Nice sit down location, if 'Covid' would let us.
