Cute little bakery - Edit
I stopped by for an afternoon snack and it was so hard to decide what to get - everything looked great. I settled on a chocolate chia pudding, which is a more unusual find. It was great, and went very well with the soft serve (which was excellent, better than most vegan soft-serves I've had).
Read moreFriendly staff. Cute atmosphere. While we got seats there is not a lot of seating, it is more of a pop in kind of place. I can see it getting busy in the summer.
Pros: Great food, Lots of options, Friendly staff
Cons: Minimal seating

Excellent baked goods - Edit
Back to Eden’s baked goods are the best vegan, gluten-free sweets I’ve had. They also make a vegan candy bar that tastes like a Snickers. I would give the savory/hot entrees 4 stars, but the bakery gets 5!

Everything is delicious and indulgent, I'm very happy to see more plant-based choices in a meat-heavy neighborhood!

For a sweet tooth - Edit
So much variety of vegan sweets inside of a little truck! They have everything: cakes, muffins and buns. I tried lavender and apricot bun and it was delicious. On the other hand, the cinnamon roll was simply OK. Nevertheless, I would come back with no doubt.

The choice! - Edit
Even though it was cold and wet in Portland, we were determined to have the ice cream! There were so many options though that it was difficult to choose. We had ice creams both times we visited mixed with chocolate sauce and cookies. It was a good sized serve and enough for two people. Highly recommend!
