Nice little health food store.... - Edit
Back to Basics is in the heart of downtown East Greenwich - with a big parking lot. The staff is super knowledgeable. They carry a little bit of everything - including a decent amount of vegan items - they are known for offering an extensive gluten free selection. The owners are open to taking a chance on new vegan products so you will occasionally find something you haven't seen before.

Big selection, great sales - Edit
Anytime we're in the area, we stop at Back to Basics. For a mom and pop natural foods store, they have a tremendous selection of grocery staples, bulk items, frozen foods, produce, personal care items, teas, supplements, household supplies, and pet foods. Also, their sale items are true bargains... Be sure to check out the sale flier as you enter the store! They also have a "clearance" area in the refrigerated case where you can pick up soon-to-expire items or items with damaged boxes for a steal. BTB has one of the best selections of organic dried fruits, nuts, and spices in the area, too. I'm so glad that we have Back to Basics!
