Pizza & beer - Edit
It was nice to have a few choices on the menu. We got the Italian sausage pizza, and it was delicious. It’s shareable or personal size, depending on your appetite. We’re just passing thru outta town, but we’d come back if we were local. 👍🏼👍🏼

Great brewery - Edit
You should expect brewery prices here for the food, but beyond that I would say everything was more than fabulous w/ my meal at Back40. Staff is amazing. The pizza and burger are both great options. My friend had the salad without cheese which was also great. I love a good shoestring fry. We showed up on a trivia night accidentally, so it was crowded and our food took a bit longer than we expected. It was soooo worth the wait though! We walked across grass/pebbles to enter, and although there is a ramp, I am not sure about the accessibility of the venue. There might be an entrance in the back.

The impossible burger is served with spicy thin-sliced pickles & vegan cheese etc. The fries are prepared vegan! Great, friendly service, large space and fun atmosphere.

Solo work trip success! - Edit
I chose to go here after flying in to Birmingham. The staff was super nice and educated me on the area and other breweries to check out in Birmingham and when I travel to Huntsville (they also educated me on what Back Forty meant haha). I got a flight of beers and the Vegan Italian Sausage Pizza! It was very good the sausage was very well spiced. The staff chatted with me at the bar as I sat and ate alone. It was a very lovely atmosphere.
