Good with some uncommon menu items - Edit
I was pleased to read the interesting menu, which includes teas (red bean, brown rice tea), fresh spring rolls and breakfast options.
The English menu and welcoming staff were helpful when navigating the options.
My noodles had a good mix of veg and were the rarer, egg noodle variety.
But the Vietnamese pancake was a delight: a crispy crepe-like pancake filled with lentils, a little mock meat, and whole leaves, even bunches, of herbs.
Pros: interesting menu, tasty

Good Pho - Edit
Busy with locals eating LAU (hotpot). We had pho which was really tasty.
Pros: cheap

nice presentable restaurant - Edit
A nice big restaurant with good food, clean , responsive service. We had a party of 15 people and they easily accommodated us. Food was better at Sen Vang 2 but this is more presentable, especially when taking tourists out.
Pros: good food, inexpensive, clean

Highly recommended - Edit
A nice, clean, airy, pleasant and friendly restaurant that serves cheap, tasty and tastefully presented veg food. A very good choice, among many other vegetarian restaurants or evening food stalls in this street/neighborhood. Check out the photos I posted to get an idea. If you want to have a side dish with your food, go for the fresh spring rolls rather than the fried ones. Price-wise, this place shouldn't be listed as "moderate", it's clearly "inexpensive"!

Very good and cheap! - Edit
Found this Restaurant when passing by on my bike. Just look for "Quan Chay". they have an English menu with hotpots for 120'000 Dong and noodle soups for only 17'000 Dong.
my friend and i ordered the "Rice lunch set" for 15'000 Dong and received a plate with Rice and different veggies plus Tofu. It was very good. plus a small veggie soup and a green tea with a lot of ice.
staff was really friendly. they also seem to have Curries for those not interested in noodle soups.
Pros: very cheap!, lunch set with rice for 15'000
