Nice piadina - Edit
They have different dough options (avoid the original one as it has lard in it!) and a wide array of grilled veggies and toppings. Service is reasonably fast.

Tasty for both vegan and non-vegan - Edit
To have a vegan dough, you can choose between “farro bio” or “pandisole”, which are the only 2 doughs marked as vegan on their website. On the other hand, many delicious topping are available for your vegan piadina (about 10 raw vegetables, 5 cooked vegetables, 2 hummus and also a couple of mustards and jams). Tasty but not so cheap.

Tasty but vegan option are not clear - Edit
There are plenty of veggy options and the piadina was very tasty, but I wish the breads and ingredients would be clearly labelled as vegan. A good spot for a quick lunch or snack.
