A Non-Vegan Restaurant Doing Vegan Food Right - Edit
There are plenty of vegan options. I love that this restaurant offers vegan versions of the foods it's known for such as hoagies and rotating sundae specials. Lots of non-vegan restaurants do not make sure its vegan options match the quality of the rest of its menu, but this restaurant does. We are returning customers for the sundaes. I recommend following its Instagram account to keep up to date on what the rotating sundae special is.

This place is so amazing!!!! I haven’t had a giant hoagie roll since idk when!!!! And the sundaes are out of this world!!!! I’ll stop in anytime I’m in town!!!! I get the big size sando and have enough for seconds!!!

There's a whole vegan section on the menu or you can build your own. The veggies were fresh and the bread is high quality. Glad to have the option in Lansing!

This shop now has a bunch of their Hoagies available as a vegan option, and they have amazing vegan soft serve ice cream... They cater to vegans, and go a great job. this is one you have to try in the Lansing area.

I had the Vegan Fran--so delicious and everything I wanted in a sandwich! I also had the vegan soft serve (only had Raspberry flavor that day). No surprise that it tasted like raspberry, but it wasn't really my favorite. It probably would have been great paired with some of their vegan add-ins, but the smallest sized soft serve alone was very pricey. I'd love to come back and just splurge on one of the famous sundaes!

Many Great Vegan Subs - Edit
Babe's Corner serves up large subs. And I do mean large! There is a separate vegan menu with lots of interesting vegan subs. I got the Vegan Rose and thought it was great. There is also vegan soft serve ice cream, but I did not get it.

This was my first ever purchase of vegan soft serve. I was so excited to see it available. The vegan flavor for today was sunbutter (made with sunflower seeds). I was skeptical, but since it was the only vegan flavor I went with it. It was amazing!!! Perfectly frozen, great texture and tasted delicious, but unlike anything I've tried. They also have vegan versions of their hoagies. The "Audrey" was tasty.
