My go-to place in GB!

There is one vegan pizza on the menu, but several can be easily made vegan. The salads are huge and delicious—especially the portobello and Allegria. Daily soup is always vegan—and delicious!

Pros: Awesome pizza, Vegan knowledgeable and friendly

Cons: Too far from me!

Delish Vegan Pizza Option👍🏽

Updated review as of 12/31/22:

Another delicious vegan pizza in the Berkshires! Uses Daiya cheese to offer a few vegan pizzas plus salads and, according to their menu, the soup is always vegan— we had the chilli 👍🏽

Unlike my previous experience, I was able to call in an order at 4:30 to be picked up at 6:30 and was texted a link to pre-pay. Note that there is online ordering available.

Previous Review Title: Get your act together #smh 👎🏽

I was super excited to try this place as there are not many places in the area for Vegan food... and I guess I’m just going to have to wait.

IDK if it’s cuz I’m from NY and we have ridiculously high standards and zero patience for restaurant or wait staff shenanigans, but I don’t even understand how this place is in business.

On a Friday night around 6:45 I called for take out and was told it would be 2 hours to be ready. Obviously we passed. Being proactive on Saturday, I called at 5:30pm prepared for a long wait time for pick up. Well, at 5:30 I was told they are too busy and are not taking any more take out orders. That is absurd and there is NO WAY their food is anywhere close to being that good for that kind of nonsense.

GET WITH IT.

Delicious pizza, other great options

We loved both the sourdough and the spelt crusts - really good stuff. In addition, the roasted eggplant and mushroom soup was DIVINE - all of their daily special soups are vegan! Didn’t get a salad but the person next to us did and it looked fresh and delish.

Pros: Staff knowledgeable about vegan, Vegan pizza options , Amazing soup!

A tasty vegan pizza

Nice atmosphere. The vegan pizza is tasty although the tofu is too salty. Very good crust. They have a vegetarian pesto pizza that I wish was vegan, so I made my own version at home.

Best vegan pizza in a while

Super impressed. Ate a whole large vegan pizza with several toppings, which was delicious. The crust is awesomely thin and chewy, and the cheese is among the better vegan pizza cheeses you’ll find. Got non-dairy fruit gelato from the creamery down the street after… highly satisfying meal!

Great Vegan Pizza

Favorite pizza place in Great Barrington, mostly because they're the only ones that offer a vegan option, which is LOADED with great toppings. It's a bit salty, but still addicting. The crust is always light and crispy-- the best! I've also tried the pizza with balsamic butternut squash, and that's also really good. I can't go here too often or else I'd be broke, but it's worth it as an occasional treat!

Pros: special treat

Cons: expensive

great pizza & salad

The vegetarian pizza can be made vegan by removing the chèvre. Daiya cheese comes on the pizza. The portobello mushroom salad is out of this world! My son got the kids pasta with marinara & was very happy with it.

Great experience

My 10-inch vegan pizza boasted a tasty, somewhat sweet sauce, Daiya brand vegan cheese, and a thin, crisp, browned spelt crust. Toppings came in generous amounts on my choice, a "vegetazione." Omnivorous eaters at our table shared larger pies. Our group went on a busy weekend day. The surrounding area had a lot going on, including a farmers' market, that day. The menu clearly spelled out how to order vegan options. The "house" salad was made with some excellent fresh greens and a balsamic vinaigrette. The restaurant does not offer reservations, but was not as busy after the lunchtime rush, as explained by helpful personnel when we called ahead of our visit. Hence we had to leave a name for our party and wait to be seated. The wait was well worth it, especially for this vegan.

Pros: nearly unique-in-region quality veg pizzas, omnivorous offerings for a group with non-vegs, abundance, patience, and quality of servers

Cons: long wait to be seated at our busy time, only 1 bathroom

Great pizza!

From the salad with portabella mushrooms to the vegetarian pizza (which can be vegan by eliminating the cheese) made with spelt crust, veggies and daiya cheese - everything was delicious!
Lots of options like gluten free crust, and additions to the pizza including tofu, different veggies, daiya cheese, make this a great place for vegans! Non vegans will love it too!
We went to the Pittsfield location. Can't wait to go back!

Best pizza in town

The soup is always vegan. You can get spelt crust. Soy cheese is avaiable and pretty good.

Pros: great pizza

Cons: usually crowded
