Vegan restaurant in Gusan, part of the "Transition Town Movement." Food is mostly local and organic. Uses local wild food in salads and bibimbab which can be eaten with kimchi. Provides lunch boxes. After 2pm and on weekends the cafe changes to a community space. Open Mon-Fri 11:30am-2:00pm. Closed Sat-Sun.

Fresh, healthy and delicious - Edit
It's a cozy little place that serves a simple menu at a reasonable price. It's good healthy Korean food that's completely vegan. You never have to worry about any shrimp in the kimchi (which they make themselves) or any other hidden animal ingredient.
Read moreThe team is always friendly and helpful. I go here for lunch about 2 or 3 times a month and I follow it up with a trip to the bakery down the street which has a few vegan baked goods too.
Pros: Delicious healthy Korean food., Ready in no time., No reservation necessary.
Cons: Parking can be a challenge.

Wasn't quite sure what to expect speaking very little Korean but the lady serving us was very helpful. There was no menu as such but our food was brought to us in 8 or 9 little serving plates. I enjoyed some plates more than others but the whole experience was great. Perfect meal on the way to a walk in the Bukhansan National Park!

Loved loved loved the set lunch I got here today! Such a nice selection and everything was cooked perfectly. Very well balanced meal and so inexpensive! I can’t wait to come back and try the other offerings, though it’ll be hard not to get the set!

Read moreThe flavor wasn't over-seasoned, and good portions as to not waste any food (is my guess).
They didn't sell any franchise drinks nor did they give out we hand wipes like most restaurants, which I found very refreshing. This particular choice of Bab Full Ggot made me feel like they were a very ethical and environmental place!

This is easily one of the best value places. The staff running the restaurant were very friendly. The food was great and tasted very fresh. It is a bit far from the city but if you are ever in the area, or just want a day exploring, this is a great stop. Just dont drive, there is no parking anywher near this location.
