Nice freshly made food - Edit

Quiet spot with nice view and surprisingly good food. Brown rice, vegetable dishes and some veggie-beef. Excellent curry. Not very bid menu, but tasty and decent prices.

a bit difficult to find, but great and relatively cheap! - Edit

The restaurant is inside of a health & wellness style resort. Go down the steep driveway, parking on the hill on the right hand side. Walk down and go to the left, and the restaurant is in the far left hand corner, opposite the pool.

The food is all 120 Baht, and good portion sizes.
We got a burger ( fries for an extra 49 baht) and a wrap.
Both were delicious, particularly the burger, it was super good, will probably return for it.
When in the Panthip market, we also noticed they had a booth there selling the same fare.

Pros: all vegan

Limited Menu but Honest Vegetarian Food - Edit

Just ate dinner there, vegan burrito with veggies, rice and beans. Good, basic taste with a delectable green sauce. No salad or side. It was clearly cooked to order and served with care.
Menu is somewhat limited, just about 10 items available to order. It appeared all could be made vegan.
The view is spectacular. Small outdoor seating overlooking the pool and, beyond, the ocean.

Worth a visit! - Edit

I got some stellar green curry, with a nice range of ingredients (broccoli, green pepper, peas) that you don't always find in Thailand.

A little bit more pricey than e.g. Organic Soul, but you get what you pay for - this food is cooked to order (rather than stewing in a slow cooker all day), so the veggies are crisp, the spice is fresh, and your gut is happy. The view is lovely, too. Go here at least once.

Pros: Fresh, Cooked to order, Delicious

Stumbled Upon This Hotel & Restaurant - Edit

Baan Jai Dee is located on a less-traveled road on the Western side of the island. I was out exploring, and I saw the large "Vegan" sign as I rode by. I did not recall seeing this restaurant on Happy Cow, so I thought I would give it a try. I'm glad I stopped. The green curry was excellent, and the service was exceptional. The attached hotel is a bit of a curiosity, because it looks brand-new, but the beach-front villas down below are only 1/2 completed. But also, there does not appear to be any on-going construction. The five rooms that are open looked comfortable, but the unfinished rooms below look like they have enormous potential. If you are looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay on the island with a vegan restaurant on-site, I recommend this place, particularly if you are a runner, because the lightly-traveled road looks like a great place to run. I'm rating 4/5 cows for two reasons. I asked for spicy green curry and instead of using fresh Thai chilis, my meal was served with dry, powdered-chili spice. Also, I was informed that all meals are vegan, with the exception of (optional) cheese for the veggie burger and burritos. All-vegan would be better.
